Pasco and the Tri-Cities
Service Areas: Pasco, Kennewick and Richland, WA
Sennco Construction & Handy Man Service works out of Pasco and takes projects across the Tri-Cities and Eastern Washington.
Where does Sennco Construction work?
Sennco Construction & Handy Man Service is based in Pasco, WA, and the Tri-Cities are home ground: Pasco, Kennewick and Richland. If your project is in one of those three, you are in our core service area.
We also take projects farther out in Eastern Washington: Walla Walla, Sunnyside, Moses Lake, Yakima, Ellensburg, Pullman and Wenatchee. Those are longer drives from our Pasco base, so the first step is a conversation about the job, the town and the schedule.
The same twelve services are on offer across the area, from roofing and masonry to flooring, fencing and decks. You deal with the owner, Chanse Senn, from the first call. Meet Chanse and read the story.

Service area questions
Do you come to my town?
Probably, if it is on our list. We are based in Pasco and work across the Tri-Cities, plus Walla Walla, Sunnyside, Moses Lake, Yakima, Ellensburg, Pullman and Wenatchee. If your town is not named here, send a quote request and tell us where the job is. We will say plainly whether it is a fit.
Is there a travel minimum?
Ask when you call. How far the job is from our Pasco base and how big it is both matter, and we would rather talk it through than quote a number that does not fit your project. Give us the town and a short description of the work, and we will tell you what makes sense before anyone drives out.
Which services do you offer in the outlying towns?
The same twelve services are on our list for the whole area, from roofing and masonry to flooring, fencing and decks. For towns farther from Pasco, call first so we can confirm what we can take on there and how to schedule it. The full list is on this page, each linked to its own service page.
What should I have ready when I ask for a quote?
The town, what the job is, and what you are seeing. Photos on your phone help when we talk, especially for roofing, water damage or masonry problems. Measurements are useful but not required to get started. You will be talking with the owner, Chanse, so plain descriptions are all we need at the start.
How do I book a visit?
Use the Get a Quote button on this page or call during business hours, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. Tell us the town, the type of work and your timing. We will follow up about next steps for a visit or a quote. You can also read more on the contact page.
Tell us your town and the job
Whether you are in Pasco or a few hours out, start with a quote request or a call. We will go from there.
